At Rivelle Co, we are dedicated to providing high-quality wooden playhouses that bring fun and learning to children. All of our playhouses come with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, ensuring that your purchase is free from defects in workmanship and materials.

Warranty Terms:

Coverage Period: This warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery.

Original Address: The warranty is valid as long as the playhouse remains at the original delivery address. If the product is relocated to a new address, this warranty will be voided.

Customer Support: We prioritize customer satisfaction and will address any concerns in a timely manner. Our team is dedicated to providing responsive and helpful support.

Exclusions: Rivelle Co. disclaims liability for damages caused by natural disasters, fire, vandalism, or storms with wind speeds exceeding 35 mph. These causes are excluded from warranty coverage.

Natural Wood Characteristics: Our playhouses are made from natural wood, which may include features such as cracks, checking, and rough surfaces. These characteristics are normal and inherent to wood products and do not affect the structural integrity or safety of the playhouse.
