We have been in the business of selling and installing playgrounds for over 30 years. Playhouses and backyard play activities are a new venture for us.

All in-stock, and non-customized products can be delivered and installed in about 2 weeks. If it is not yet manufactured, it could take 4 to 6 weeks. We will provide a status update at the time of order, and again before shipment.

Returns on all non-customized products are possible within 30 days of receipt of the product. A refund will be provided once we have verified that it has been returned to our facility. Please call us to get an authorization code, and instructions for packing so that it is in its original condition. Freight and installation charges are non-refundable.

Right now we are using Douglas Fir and Northern Spruce. This type of lumber is considered durable and visually pleasing for these types of projects. However, since we are still in the product development phase, the types of wood and wood treatment may change.

Since we are working on design changes for future models, we are discovering certain items that are more serviceable than others. During this period, we are currently not charging for any add-ons.

Yes, we ask that you are home to sign for the delivery and ensure access is available from the street or driveway, to the installation site. We also ask that you provide a level site that measures at least 9’ x 11’.

There is no guarantee of waterproofing during a major storm. However, it is built  to be sturdy enough to resist most water and weather related events.here
